AI guide: from prospect data to a live demo site

What you’ll do

Use ProspectSEO results to brief an AI, generate a site draft, and host it to show the client. The goal: prove value fast and win the project.

Step 1: Pick a prospect and extract insights

Choose a business with weak signals: missing title/description, low word count, slow site, or no HTTPS.
Note their niche, city, services, and any reviews/ratings from the search results.

Step 2: Prompt an AI to draft the site

Example prompt (adjust with the prospect’s details):

Act as a web copy and layout assistant.
Business: {name}, {city}, niche: {niche/services}.
Weaknesses: missing title/meta, low word count (~200 words), unclear headings.
Goal: create a 1-page site draft that:
- Has clear H1/H2/H3 structure and scannable sections.
- Includes a strong title tag and meta description (SEO/AIO friendly).
- Adds a concise FAQ that answers 5 common customer questions.
- Has a clear call-to-action (call or book).
Write HTML content sections only (no scripts), neutral styling placeholders.

Step 3: Turn it into a simple page

Wrap the AI content in a clean HTML template (header, main, footer).
Add basic CSS for spacing/typography; keep it lightweight.
Ensure title/meta/OG tags are present and unique to the business.

Step 4: Host and show

Upload the HTML/CSS to your web host (e.g., via SFTP or control panel file manager).
Use a temporary URL/subdomain (e.g., demo.clientname.yourdomain.com).
Share the link in your outreach email along with 3 key improvements you made.
